" I was born in Africa to an artistic family and moved to London aged 5 years. My mother aspired to a bohemic lifestyle hence I was introduced and inspired by many artists during my childhood, which also included many visits to the Tate Gallery. My particular influences are Bonnard, Matisse, Gauguin and Mary Fedden.
My latest collection of paintings conjures up my personal positive feelings towards the coastlines of Britain, Cornwall in particular. My interpretation of the beautiful seaside villages coloured and pushed around on canvas are designed to form a kind of man made Utopia" Artist's statement.
Many of my original oils have sold well and I am now branching into embelleshed canvases using my artist ownership rights to all images."
Currently living and creating in north London, and Lassay Les Chateaux France.
